Meet the Team

  • DESIGNER

    With a degree in Bachelor of Architectural Studies majoring in Interior Architecture, Ashleigh is part of our design team and works closely with our retail clients and building companies.

    Being new to the city, Ashleigh enjoys exploring Christchurch and trying out the restaurants whilst enjoying a cocktail. She is also an avid traveller and likes to have a good laugh.

  • PROJECT MANAGER

    Cam has 15 years experience and is a qualified joiner. He is kept busy in the company with his role as Project Manager.

    With many interests outside of work, Cam enjoys restoring vintage cars and building furniture. Cam has a magnificent vegetable garden that we often get to sample and he enjoys experimenting with his meat smoker.

  • OFFICE MANAGER

    Leanne, Ryan's sister, started working with the company when it was first established. With a background in finance, Leanne works in the office, managing the accounts and administration.

    As the company grew, she was joined by Ryan's wife Kate where they both now share the role of Office Manager.

    In the summertime, you will find Leanne on the boundary with her family watching her son and son-in-law play cricket. With a love for travel, Leanne enjoys planning a getaway and enjoys catching up with family and friends.

    Anita has a wealth of experience with a background in Structural Draughting, Bookkeeping and Interior Decor.

    As part of our Design Team, Anita has 12 years experience in the Kitchen Design Industry.

    Anita keeps busy in her spare time reading, walking her dog, watching films, catching up with friends, and baking which we often get to sample!

  • DESIGNER

    Alex has a Diploma in Interior Design and has been with the company for 10 years as a Kitchen Designer.

    She enjoys spending time with her family and weekends away at the family bach in Kaikoura.

    We look forward to having Alex back in the office when she returns from Maternity leave.

  • OFFICE MANAGER

    Ryan’s wife Kate has a background in Early Childhood Education and when their children started school, Kate joined Leanne in the office with the accounts and administration work.

    Kate enjoys walking the family dog and catching up with friends and family. She also has a passion for outdoor activities and is often seen competing in the annual Spring Challenge.

    Ryan is the owner of Ryan’s Kitchens and Joinery and formed the company in 2008. Prior to starting the company, Ryan’s background was in the building industry and he has grown the company to where it is today.

    Having a passion for the outdoors, Ryan enjoys hunting with his boys, family boating holidays in Wanaka, and spending quality time with his family and friends.

    Courtney has a Diploma in Interior Design and has worked for several years in the interior design and soft furnishings industry. Courtney is part of our design team and works closely with our building companies, specifically new builds.

    In her spare time, Courtney enjoys spending time with her puppy Luna, going to the gym, and catching up with friends and family.

  • PRODUCTION MANAGER

    Elliot, our Production Manager is a qualified joiner and has been working in the industry for 10 years. He has a wealth of knowledge running the CNC Machine and Edgebander.

    When Elliot has free time, he enjoys working around his home and spending quality time with his family.
