PROJECT 1 - PETERBOROUGH STREET

The client wanted a modern yet masculine apartment kitchen - both of which were achieved through symmetry, simplicity and a moody material palette. It was important to add elements of visual interest as it was a compact space. To achieve this, negative detailing was made a predominant feature throughout the design. The recessed profile handles and frame detail surrounding the cooktop area helped to add depth and interest, while the custom veneer slats distinguishing the entrance nook from the kitchen gave the kitchen definition within the apartment.
