DESIGN PACKAGES
We have two design packages available which will be refunded from the final invoice should you choose to have your joinery manufactured by Ryan’s Kitchens and Joinery.
Joinery Design Package 1: (3 Room Allowance)
- $500.00 Incl GST
- Non Dimensional Floor Pans and Elevations generated from a computer programme
- 3D Images of Proposed Design
- Product and Material Consultation
- Quote of Proposed Design
- Includes up to four amendments to design
- Any additional amendments will incur a fee of $85.00 Incl GST
- Upon acceptance of signed quote and receipt of deposit, full measured plans are available
Joinery Design Package 2: (5 Room Allowance)
- $800.00 Incl GST
- Non Dimensional Floor Pans and Elevations generated from a computer programme
- 3D Images of Proposed Design
- Product and Material Consultation
- Quote of Proposed Design
- Includes up to four amendments to design
- Any additional amendments will incur a fee of $85.00 Incl GST
- Upon acceptance of signed quote and receipt of deposit, full measured plans are available
Release of Dimensional Plans are available for a fee of $200.00 Incl GST
OUR PAYMENT TERMS ARE:
- 40% Deposit is required on acceptance of quote before commencement of work
- 50% Progress Payment is required before joinery leave the factory
- 10% Final Payment is required on completion of job
